1983 - 1985
The first fame comes when Dimitri is part of Hip Hop act Freakaristic. People get to know him as an amazing scratcher.

1988
Dimitri gets residencies at both legendary clubs RoXY and Richter in Amsterdam.

1989
Fame is coming Dimitri's way, He plays at the first warehouse parties in Italy.

1991
Dimitri spins at all the major parties in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. Ibiza is on the list the same year. He's bringing out his first record and starts his own label BE.S.T. (Beautiful Soul Techno) The first release on his label is So Lonely of Numbers and Feelings, an international club hit!

1992
Dimitri travels all over Europe. Switzerland, Germany and Paris are more than interested in his sound. He starts his famous "Hi tech Soul Movement" clubnight in Roxy on thursdaynights. On the end of the year it's time for a new label called Outland Records, which he starts with Eric Nouhan. The first release: Cavity by Chiquita.

1993
Dimitri is spinning all over the world. Outland Records is going very well on the same time. Three very successful compilations are released: Static Tracks and Spiritual Tracks l and ll.

1994
Dimitri plays from Europe to Detroit and all other major cities in the USA and Canada. He makes fame with his record "Don't be a prisoner of your own style".He is voted for best dj in the nation.

1995
Dimitri keeps adding more and more countries to his list. In the Escape on Amsterdam's Rembrandtsplein is the first Chemistry held. Dimitri becomes resident as well as in the U.K. Renaissance Club. in this year he is voted number one club dj in the Netherlands for the second time.

1996
Outland Records is very well known in the Techno scene. Dimitri is collaborating with all the big DJ names in Europe. In Muzik Magazine's 1996 International DJ of the Year Competition he is listed number 4. for the third time in a row he becomes the best dj in the Netherlands. His Hi Tech Soul Movement is growing.

1997-1999
Dimitri spins on special events like 'Het Bal' in Amsterdam (1997), Heineken Horizons (1998), the World Expo in Lisbon (1998) and during Heineken Night Live in Ahoy Rotterdam (1999) were he performs a self composed music play together with Hubert Jan Hubeek, the Symphonic Orchestra and video performances of VJ 00Kaap. Together with DJs 100% Isis, DJ Angelo and VJ 00Kaap he starts 'State of Bliss' a weekly Sunday night in Supperclub. After the RoXY gets on fire in June 1999 the Hi-Tech Soul Movement moves to club MORE.

2000
The computer artist and VJ Daniele Kwaaitaal start together with Dimitri a new project, HI&LO. As a duo they have an exhibition in Art Factory, Tokyo and they perform during the Golden Horse Film festival in Taipei. The show goes on the road and is seen in many different gallery's through Europe for example in Torch Gallery Amsterdam.

2001-2003
During the fist years of the decade Dimitri concentrates on gigs in and outside the Netherlands. In 2001 he plays in club Amnesia, Ibiza, Loveparade, Berlin, Hotel Vasso, Kreta, the Metro Dance Club and Static Sound System, both in Madrid, Club 20, Ankara, Bogota, Columbia and all the major festivals in the Netherlands. Dimitri also cooperates with telephone brand Nokia for a tour. 2002 brings more of the good stuff! Dimitri spins at Beach Club El Huayco, Peru, club Space, Miami, Faces Club, Turkey, Pussyclub and Kuutio, Helsinki, and The Liquid Room, Edinburgh. 2003 brings Dimitri to Macedonia where he spins at club Skopje, Reno U.S.A to play at Metropolis and Ostrich Farm, Israel. This is only but a few of what is on the list of things. Since 2000 Dimitri spins on a regularly basis in clubs like Haoman, Jerusalem, Club Octopus, Tell Aviv, Now&Wow, Rotterdam, Mecca, Prague, club Taste in Scotland, Supperclub, Amsterdam and all major festivals like Dance Valley, the Fast Forward Parade and Sensation. Dimitri gets invited again to join the music conference in Miami.

2004
On the end of May Dimitri travels to the United States to play at the Detroit Movement Festival, the biggest free open air techno festival on the world where he performs on the main stage.

2005-2007
Sven Vath asks Dimitri to perform at his Cocoon club in Frankfurt. During the international music street festival travels Dimitri to Edinburgh to perform. He travels also to Aruba, Curacao, Bangkok, Thailand, Prague, Israel and Lebanon for gigs and has his own residency night at Jimmy Woo, Amsterdam. In 2006 he collaborates in a new project called 'Matteus Passion the remix' were a few of the country's best DJ's and VJ's work together to make an electronic version of Bach's musical piece. Besides all these gigs and collaborations many Dutch radio stations like Radio 3, Fresh FM and Slam FM ask Dimitri for advice and interviews.

Loutku lze po právu považovat za základní kámen české taneční scény. Nepočítáme-li jeho počátky v klubu Futurum, kde se jako DJ věnoval více kytarovým a now wave projektům (jeho nejoblíbenější skuponou byli Duran Duran), byl Loutka u zrodu téměr všech důležitých momentů vzniků a vývoje české klubové scény. Po první house party v klubu Meloun byl neodvratně lapen houseovými rytmy. Odjíždí do Amsterdamu, kupuje gramofony, mixpult, první desky a v neformálním seskupení ToMaMi stojí u zrodu prvních parties v České produkci. V roce 1993 se stává spoluzakladatelem agentury Roxydust House Facoty - dnes Roxydust - a společně s Jardou Krampolem a Petrem Hoskem startuje první pravidelné parties v KD Ladvi. Rok 1994 je pro Loutku rokem zlomovým -DJ Joost Van Bellen ho zve do amsterdamského klubu Roxy, kde se zasluhuje o další prvenství - jako první Český DJ vystupuje v zahrančíním klubu. V letech 94, 95 dostává v Amsterdamu angažmá takřka ve všech předních klubech (Chemistry, Mazzo, Paradiso, Richter, Waakzaamheid) a sbírá cenné zkušenosti, které ve spojení s jeho přirozeným hudením talentem a citem pro atmosféru pasují Loutku na nejoblíbenějšího Českého DJe. V Praze nechybí na programu žádné větší party, objíždí taneční akce po celé republice. Měl rezidentní noc v pražském klubu Radost FX a podílí se na produkci agentury Roxydust, která v roce 1996 rozjíždí Loutkovu rezidentní noc Shake v klubu Roxy. Shake se stává v prvních dvou letech fenoménem a Loutka je pomalu, ale jistě legendou taneční scény. V rámci této noci, vůbec poprvé, zajistil program Shaku výhradně on. Počin, kterým se žádný Český DJ nemůže pochlubit. Vystupoval po boku mnoha velkých jmen, jako například Darren Emerson, Terry Francis, Robert Owens, David Alvarado, Josh Wink, Jost Van Belen, Dimitry (Dee Lite), Mr.C, Westbam, Bushwacka, DJ Sneak, Dimitry (Amsterdam), Koenie, Marcello, Eddie Amador, 4 Hero Djs, UFO, Jazzanova, Silicon Soul, Junior Sanchez, Knee Deep a řadou dalších. Jeho DJské sety jsou charakteristické tou nejčistší house music a nekonečným střídáním nálad - jeho souznění s tancujícím publikem často působí až mysticky. V lednu 2001 uzavřel smlouvu o exkluzivním bookingu s agenturou Beeswax, jejíž vydavatelství, Beeswax Recordings, vydává jeho dva nenovější tracky, Second a Third. V současné době má Loutka svou rezidentní noc v klubu Mecca /Saladas, Tick-Tack/, v Karlových Lázních - Pardogsu a společně s agenturou Roxydust pak od letošního ledna rozjíždí "Shake on tour", řetěz parties, které se snaží přiblížit atmosféru legendárních nocí i mimo Prahu.

Začínal hrát v rockovém clubu Futurum, kde se seznámil djem Loutkou a ostatní členy agentury Roxydust Prague. Jejich přístup k taneční hudbě se mu zalíbil natolik, že se hned stal nadšeným návštěvníkem jejich parties. V roce 1994 si kupuje první desky s house music.
Rok 1995 byl pro Formiho rokem zlomovým, jelikož si poprvé zahrál v clubu Roxy Prague. A to hned s djs: Loutkou,Bidlem a holandkým Joost Van Bellenem na party Bat Rave. Poté začíná hrát pravidelně v clubech Radost FX a Ládví. V téže době začínají Roxydust Formiho pravidelně představovat na nejrozjetěších house parties u nás – SHAKE v klubu Roxy. Společně s dalším původním členem Roxydustu s Djem Airtem vždy nažhavili tu správnou „Warm up“ náladu pro hlavního residenta Loutku. Díky svému feelingu Formi občas tyto „supermejdany“ i sám úspěšně „dohrával.
Od r.1998 je pravidelným hostem všech klubů od západu na východ, takže se dá zkrátka říci, že místo , kde by Formi nehrál, snad ani neexistuje. Formi razí zásadu, že hudební škatulky jsou jen pro hudební novináře a sám se snaží hudbu hlavně vnímat a cítit.
