Sander Cast was born in a small Russian town in the Tver region in late 80s. As a child he started showing interest for the small account family library of records, still giving preference to hip hop, rock and up-to-date for that time electronic music. As time passed and until now it's the very cognition of music, which has been forming his taste. Sander Cast began playing music
in clubs as disk jockey back in his student years and it all took its toll on his career, as years later events were organized, which would always host interesting performers, label owners and music producers from all over the world, communication with whom is known to give an opportunity for self-development and getting to know the world. The taste for this or that genre has not changed until this day, on the contrary - it grows stronger due to overall development; his music quite often contains anxiety, reflecting objective reality, but with this being said, there is always room for rhythm, that's why music, hidden inside the shell of techno, on the dance floor, provided basis for its compilation. Intelligent, moral teaching, hypnotic, here and there disrespectful, unceremonious, with a chaotic techno rhythm, it is the golden mean between
club culture and music in general, for him.
Lately he has been preoccupied with work at his home studio, as well as development of the CATEM organization, which represents base of the techno culture in Tver, but passion for record collecting still remains strong enough, for it's the DJing, which Sander Cast owes his start-up into the world of electronic music.
